I designed and led a 12-month Business Accelerator Programme to support entrepreneurs aged 16-30 across London, combining business skills training, digital skills development, and personalised support to help participants build and scale their business.
As part of my wider work in designing and delivering enterprise support, I delivered Business Basics workshop series, a one-day, interactive session delivered monthly over 12 months to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the core skills to start a successful business. Eventually recruited for 1:1 Business Support led by Business Coaches within my previous organisation at Business Launchpad.
I delivered 7 ‘Decode My Future’ programmes funded by the Mayor of London’s Stronger Futures Initiative. This programme aimed to bridge the digital skills gap for young Londoners aged 8–18. It provided a creative and supportive environment where participants could explore emerging technologies and develop foundational digital competencies for future career paths.
In 2023, I coordinated and delivered my first programme – the Young & Gifted programme. A six-month entrepreneurship initiative designed to empower young people with the tools and confidence to develop their own business ideas.
My final design – Incubator Plus Programme is a 6-month initiative designed to support early-stage entrepreneurs in transforming their business ideas into viable ventures, while also equipping them with essential digital and career development skills.
