Accelerator Programme Delivery

I designed and led a 12-month Business Accelerator Programme to support entrepreneurs aged 16-30 across London, combining business skills training, digital skills development, and personalised support to help participants build and scale their business.

My Contribution to the Programme:

Pre-Programme Delivery

  • Designed a comprehensive curriculum covering business planning, financial management, branding, leadership, and digital development (including website kick-start support).
  • Recruited 54 young entrepreneurs and successfully onboarded 44 participants, setting clear expectations and outcomes.
  • Coordinated logistics, schedules, and speaker engagement in preparation for high-quality delivery across both in-person and online formats.

Mid-Programme Delivery

  • Delivered 30 structured weekly sessions blending practical learning and peer collaboration.
  • Organised and facilitated 15 coaching sessions with BLP coaches, 10 expert-led workshops, and 10 industry masterclasses to deepen sector knowledge and inspire action.
  • Maintained ongoing one-to-one support for participants, with access to free workspace to foster productivity and business development.

End of Programme Delivery

  • Supported participants in finalising business plans, preparing pitches, and clarifying growth strategies.
  • Evaluated outcomes, tracking a 68.18% engagement rate and a 54.55% completion rate (24 completions).
  • Oversaw a final pitch event where 4 participants secured funding from a £25,000 grant pool.

Collected impact data, showing that 90% of engaged participants gained confidence and had a clearer understanding of scaling their ventures

The Accelerator Programme made a real difference for the young people who took part. Out of 54 people who signed up, 44 officially joined, and 30 stayed active throughout the year. In the end, 24 completed the full programme. Most of them said they felt more confident about their business ideas and had a much better understanding of how to grow their business. At the final event, four participants won funding from a £25,000 grant to help take their business to the next level. Overall, the programme helped turn ideas into real progress and gave young entrepreneurs the support they needed to move forward.
