In 2023, I coordinated and delivered my first programme – the Young & Gifted programme. A six-month entrepreneurship initiative designed to empower young people with the tools and confidence to develop their own business ideas.

My Contribution to the Programme:

Pre-Programme Delivery:

• Carried out outreach and onboarding, developed a structured curriculum tailored to youth engagement, and set clear learning outcomes around entrepreneurship, creativity, and leadership.

Mid-Programme Delivery:

• Coordinated hands-on workshops covering business fundamentals such as the Business Model Canvas, branding, budgeting, and pitching. Integrated talks from young entrepreneurs and led interactive tasks to support experiential learning and skill development.

End of Programme Delivery:

• Supported participants in refining and presenting their individual business concepts. Delivered one-to-one feedback and helped them prepare for final pitches. Each participant left with a business idea, enhanced confidence, and a stronger entrepreneurial mindset.

The programme culminated in a showcase of youth-led innovation, with participants demonstrating real growth in leadership, problem-solving, and self-belief. The participants received £500 grant to test trade.
